If your reading a difficult part in a story and you dont understand it, doing these things can help. If you begin to have problems
reading a text, going back to the beggining and rereading it can help. Rereading the passage a second time can give you time
to understand what the passage might be about, or it might begin to make sense to you. Stopping an thinking about what you just
read can be just as effective as rereading. Many students stress because they are reading something they do not understand; but not
many students know simple strategies like these to help them get a better understanding of the story or text they are reading.
